I'm not sure...it also happened to pandora_hearts and kuroshitsuji, and the problem was resolved for those communities.

But not for rukia_orihime. =(

As you noticed, the community was suspended temporarily due to a false accusation that traveled to Livejournal's Abuse Team. The issue has since been resolved. Crisis adverted. Please resume our normally scheduled programs, and sorry about the panic and delays. ♥

I know, it sucks tons. We want rukia_orihime back. Why wasn't THAT community saved? =(

I suspected it does because pandora_hearts and kuroshitsuji were also suspended at about the same time. (I'm not a hundred percent sure because like you said, this was way sudden. The other two communities were saved by the moderators, I just don't understand why rukia_orihime was not.)
